Hope to come again!

We had a great stay at your condo. The view was absolutely gorgeous and the location was perfect.

The unit is beautiful. The views are awesome. The layout is great. We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything you could need and more is located within the unit. The parking spot in the garage is right by the door so that is great too.

The only reason it did not get a five star was because the booking was accepted and then she had overbooked and we had to change our dates which messed us up a bit with plans however she was very generous in allowing us extra nights to make up for that. Unfortunately we could only use one of the extra nights because of work and school.

Also we did not have good instructions on checking in until 7 pm that evening however we happened to run into a cleaning lady that took us to some people that helped us out and we were able to access the unit immediately.

The lady that is the host is very nice. Her husband is sick and that is why I think the two problems arose. We thought she was very accommodating.

I would recommend this property.

We loved our stay and best views/patio setup I’ve experienced. Catch the sunrise on the East side over the Atlantic with dolphins in view, or switch to the master bedroom balcony to catch sunset over the Intracoastal highway, aka, Halifax river. We also parked our vehicle and drove on Daytona beach and parked right behind condo. The kids loved the boogie boards and sand toys and we had a great time. 3 bedrooms and a ton of space for our family of 5 to spread out. We went at Spring Break and a bit worried about parties. That was a non-issue. This is a great place for a medium size fam. The owner has a lot of nice breakables and it’s someone’s home. This was fine for us and came with some advantages for a family like ours to cook and have everything we need. We were fine with being careful of all the nice stuff. Would not bring a party crew here.

Amazing views on this rental property. Deb was very nice and the location was great to go to the beach and hangout at the pool. Kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of room in the condo. The only thing that would make it better is a washer and dryer (there is a coin operated machine on each floor, and this was communicated so it wasn’t a surprise). We liked it so much we stayed another day and Deb was very accommodating.

Balconies for both Sunrises & Sunsets! All comforts of home!

This is a great place. Great location on Daytona beach. Within walking distance from the boardwalk. Very pretty sunsets and rises. Was able to see lots of big fish from the balcony. The storms were amazing if you like thunderstorms.

It was a nice property. People were nice but a few things I didn’t like. The parking situation was horrible. We were told there would be a garage door owner, but there wasn’t. Also when we walked into the garage there was a car parked with a for sale sign on it in the garage, so even if wr had the owner we couldn’t have parked. It was a stressful situation.

Great location, condo was clean and included many additional items that were available for use. Opener was available for anything that came up and check up on us several time though out our stay.

Sunrises, sunsets, couldn’t ask for a more gorgeous view. We loved this stretch of the beach. Not crowded, very little traffic. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was clean and everything you need. The view was beautiful from the large balcony. Lots of room. Would definitely stay again and never had a problem getting in touch with owner. She was great. Thank you for a wonderful week.

An 18th floor condo overlooking the beach - you can't beat it! We had a great week here. Deb is always just a text or phone call away, and she has left thorough instructions for anything you could imagine.

This place was incredible! Though the pictures make it look amazing to begin with, they don’t do it justice! The views are amazing and the condo is immaculate and has everything you might need! The pool area is so nice, quiet and relaxing. Deb is so easy to work with and is available any time of day for whatever you might need! Plenty of towels, linens, the beds were super comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything you will need! I don’t have a negative thing to say about this place- I highly recommend this condo! We will be back next year!

Clean condo, lots of room, most things supplied for us! Able to walk right out to the beach! Stores and restaurants very close- could walk to most! Beautiful views! Safe and secure building at all times! Would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time to Daytona Beach. The condo we rented was great with fantastic view of the ocean and city. The condo and complex was very clean kept up. Deb the owner great to work with, kept us will inform of everything we need to do. We where three couples staying at the condo with plenty of space for all of us.
